Prices are based on a 2,000 sqft home.
* If the residence is outside of a 30 minute travel time (each way) the charge will be $20 per hour after the first half hour (each way).
1. The "Roadmap" Package (Consultation & Strategy) $300
Best for: Families who want to do the work themselves but don't know where to start.
Initial Assessment: A walkthrough of the current home to identify challenges.
Floor Planning: Measuring the new space (if within 5 mile radius from current home) to decide what furniture will realistically fit.
Downsizing Strategy: A customized guide on how to sort belongings (Keep, Gift, Sell, Donate).
Vendor List: A curated list of trusted movers, estate sale organizers, and local charities.
2. The "Transition" Package (The Sorting & Moving Phase) $1,000 for 20 hours
Best for: Families who are overwhelmed by the physical task of decluttering and packing.
Hands-on Sorting: A set number of hours (e.g., 10–15 hours) working side-by-side with the client to sort personal belongings.
Estate Clean Out: Removal of items into dumpster.
Expert Packing: Professional packing of all items destined for the new home.
Clear Labeling: Detailed box inventory for easy unpacking.
3. The "Fresh Start" Package (Home Sale Prep) $1,000 for 20 hours
Best for: Families who need to get the old house on the market as quickly as possible.
Deep Cleaning: A "white glove" clean of the home once it has been emptied.
Maintenance & Repairs: Coordinating painters and handymen to fix minor issues (scuffs, leaky faucets, etc.).
Curb Appeal: Basic landscaping or porch cleanup to prepare for real estate photos.
Staging Assistance: Organizing remaining furniture to make the home look its best for buyers.
4. The "Legacy" Package (Full-Service Concierge) $3,000 +
Best for: Out-of-state families or busy professionals who want a "turn-key" solution.
Includes everything in Packages 1, 2, and 3.
The "Moving Day" Management: On-site supervision of the movers (ensuring walls aren't dinged and furniture goes in the right spot).
Unpacking & Setup: Unpacking boxes, setting up the kitchen, making the beds, and hanging pictures so the new home is live-in ready on Day 1.
Final Disposal: Removing all empty boxes and packing materials from the new residence.
